•       Klaviyo – Klaviyo may collect and process your phone number, messaging preferences, and engagement data to deliver and optimize SMS communications on our behalf.

•       Postscript – Postscript operates as a data processor and may collect subscriber data including phone number, message interaction history, and behavioral data to deliver and measure SMS campaigns.

SMS Compliance Disclosures

In compliance with applicable regulations (including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements):

•       You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message.

•       For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the information listed in Section 10.

•       Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

•       We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

•       Your phone number is used solely for the purposes for which you provided it.

SMS Abandoned Cart Messages

If you add items to your cart and provide your mobile number, we may send you up to 3 automated text messages reminding you to complete your purchase. These messages are sent via Klaviyo and/or Postscript. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Third-Party SMS Data Sharing

Your phone number and SMS interaction data may be shared with Klaviyo and Postscript solely for the purpose of delivering your requested messages and improving our marketing. These platforms are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

Location-Based Services

We may use general location data (derived from your IP address or shipping address) to send you location-relevant promotions or content. We do not collect precise real-time GPS location data through SMS. If you opt in to location-based marketing features, you will be notified and given the opportunity to consent separately.
