RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Engineered by Dré. We stand behind the quality of every product we create. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of defective or damaged items as outlined below.

 

1. Exchanges

We offer exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements

       The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached

       The item must be in its original packaging

       Your exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of your delivery date — no exceptions

       Exchanges are only available for items of equal value that are in stock at the time of your request

       Custom, made-to-order, and digital download items are not eligible for exchange (see Section 3)

How to Request an Exchange

       Email us at shop@engineeredbydre.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange request

       We will respond within 2-3 business days with next steps

       Do not ship any item back to us without prior approval — unauthorized returns will not be processed

       Once your exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship the item

       Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to our error

 

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right. Refunds are accepted in this case only.

What Qualifies

       Item arrived with a manufacturing defect

       Item was damaged during shipping

       Item received does not match what was ordered (wrong size, color, or product)

How to Report a Defective Item

       Contact us at ebdrep@yahoo.com within 30 days of your delivery date

       Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage

       We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days

       If approved, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method at our discretion

       Refunds, if issued, will be processed within 5-10 business days

Defective item claims submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be honored — no exceptions.

 

3. Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds under any circumstances:

       Custom and made-to-order items — these are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold

       Digital downloads — all digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered or accessed

       Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

       Items without original tags or packaging

       Items requested for exchange or reported as defective after the 30-day window

       Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

 

4. The 30-Day Policy

All exchange and defective item requests must be submitted within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date as shown by your tracking information. The 30-day window begins on the date your package was marked as delivered — not the date of purchase or shipment.

We are unable to make exceptions to this window regardless of circumstance, so please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.
